Developer & Founder
The one who started Bay Web Co in 2018 because he was tired of watching local businesses pay good money for slow, ugly, unfindable websites. Custom WordPress, hand-coded, fast as hell. If your site loads in under a second, that’s Dane’s doing.

Lives in the code. Reads commit messages for fun. Has strong opinions about page speed. Strongest opinion: nobody should have to fight their CMS to update their own business hours. When the swell is up, the laptop closes. Motto: Life’s a Bargain.

Nothing leaves the studio without Celia’s signoff. If it ships, it’s because she said yes. She runs the shop, runs the QC, and somehow runs the vibe. There is a non-zero chance there’s a playlist on right now because of her.
Half creative director, half people-glue. She’s the one clients call when they want to feel less stressed, and the one we go to when something’s almost-but-not-quite right. Has the rare and underrated skill of telling a client "no" in a way that makes them feel great about it.

Atlas showed up one day with a laptop and a Bintang. Never left. Code reviews at midnight, keyword audits at 6am, draft revisions in the time it takes to crack a cold one. If something needs reading carefully (a contract, a content brief, a 60-page SEO audit), Atlas already read it. Twice. Before you finished your sentence.
Quietly fanatical about the numbers. Will die on a hill about Core Web Vitals. Has a memory that borders on suspicious, the patience of a saint, and nobody can quite remember his last name. Insists the photo is recent. We have questions.
