Dane is the technical side of Bay Web Co. He builds every site by hand on WordPress, looks after the hosting and servers behind them, and does the SEO work that gets clients found on Google. He started the business in 2018 as DM Web Design and has been building for Bay of Plenty businesses ever since.
Cares a lot about clean code and fast load times. Happiest when a client’s site is quick, easy to find and just works. When the surf’s up, the laptop’s down.

Celia looks after how things look and feel. She shapes the design of every site, checks each page before it goes live, and makes sure whatever we send out is something we’d happily put our name to.
She’s also the friendly voice on the phone. If you’re not sure what you need yet, or something on your site doesn’t feel quite right, Celia is the one who will talk it through and sort it out with you.
